RETURNS
We do not accept returns on our products. If there is an issue with your order, we can help by refunding or providing a discount code for future use on beewonkimchi.com. The amount of the refund and/or discount code is determined on a case-by-case basis by our team. Please contact us by email at beewonkimchi@gmail.com for assistance. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
REFUNDS
To be eligible for a refund, we require proof of purchase from beewonkimchi.com (don't worry - we can easily look this up in our system if you don't have your receipt handy). In the case of damage to the product, we also require images of the damaged product. Without these images, we cannot issue a refund - so please do not dispose of the product before taking a picture that you can share with us. If your order arrived damaged or otherwise defective, please contact us by email at beewonkimchi@gmail.com, and we will be happy to help. We will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
